Rudy Jusup Sutiono lahir di Jakarta, pada bulan Maret 1958. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Business Management dari Universitas Jayabaya , Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing dari Warren Keegan Associates USA & Markplus Education, Certified Quality Education System & Quality Improvement System dari Philip Crosby USA, Marketing Workshop dari Kao Corporation Tokyo Japan, Certified guided self study Marketing program.
Pengalamannya bekerja selama lebih dari 20 tahun sebagai Professional Marketing & Sales diberbagai perusahaan Multi Nasional maupun International antara lain : PT. PUMA ( Authorized Distributor 3 M Products ) sebagai Sales Supervisor, PT DAFA ( Affiliated PT. Ultra Jaya Milk ) sebagai Sales Manager, PT.Dino Kao, Rodamas Group sebagai Product Assistant Manager , SBU Head High Modern retail outlets dan diberbagai perusahaan Multi Nasional sebagai Area Sales Promotion Manager, Assistant Regional Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Training & Development Manager.

Pada bulan Desember 2009, beliau telah meluncurkan buku pertamanya dengan judul Visual Merchandising Attraction yang diterbitkan oleh Gramedia Pustaka Utama, aktif menulis berbagai artikel di majalah Marketing antara lain Gaya Pemasaran Jepang, Visual Merchandising attraction di majalah info Franchise. Disamping itu menjadi public speaker pada berbagai forum marketing antara lain AMA ( Asosiasi Manajemen Indonesia ), Business Talk Pas FM dan Twisbless, Thinking out of the box in Marketing Seminar di kota Pontianak yang diselenggarakan oleh X – pert Training & Coaching.
